INDUCTION DAYS
The induction days are held as the first event of each of the operating programs activities. The induction day is the formal welcoming of athletes in to the academy and the talent development program the athletes are involved in. Athletes who attend the induction days have been successful in gaining an academy scholarship whether it via talent identification days, interviews or performance measurements.

The following takes place on the induction day:
- Formal welcome from Board of Management Chairperson.
- Introduction to program personnel & Program Advisory Panel
- Overview of annual program by Technical    Director of Coaching & Program Manager
- Administration
- Musculoskeletal assessments
- Uniform sizing
- Q & A
- First fitness test with Academy S&C Coach

After the induction day, athletes having completed their musculoskeletal assessment, are then eligible to participate in academy talent development training programs.
